Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales made on Forma Audio are final. Because our products (sample packs, drum kits, and presets) are delivered instantly via digital download and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once the purchase is complete.
Exceptional Circumstances
We only consider refund requests or product replacements in the following specific cases:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in a single transaction or within a 24-hour window.

Corrupt Files: If the files are demonstrably broken or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
